1. What Brand of Hoodie do you use? I use Jerzees brand for hoodies. If you have a special request for brand, we can discuss and figure out any changes in pricing. The idea is that these shirts are entirely customizable.

2. Can I choose any color for the design? Yes! In the notes section at checkout, just list what colors you would like for your design.

3. Can I add or remove elements of the design? Yes! Leave a note at checkout regarding the elements you want added or removed.

4. Can I add a Name & Number on the back of a sports apparel item? Yes! I am working on a customize field for every item on the website, until that is available, please leave a note with the Name and Number and if a specific font is preferred.

Tracking & Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped within 5 business days. I am a one woman shop and do my best to get orders out as quickly as possible. If you need your order expedited, I will do my best to accommodate.

Can I change my delivery address?

You can change your delivery address prior to shipment. Please send me an email with the updated delivery address. If your order has already shipped, I am unable to change the delivery address.

How can I track my order?

You will receive tracking information to the email you provide at checkout as soon as your item has shipped.

How do I know if I have received my complete order?

you will receive an invoice with your shipment that shows all items delivered in that box. If you have multiple items that will be called out on your invoice.
